People do not buy what you do. People buy why you do it.

Simon Sinek, the proponent of Golden Circle, who teaches graduate-level strategic communications at Columbia University, explains that "everyone on the planet" knows what they do, and many know how they do it, but very few companies know why they do what they do—and profit isn’t the why.
